Public procurement law is an area of law regulating in particular public procurement rules, procurement procedures, agreements on public procurement, as well as the remedies and responsibility for the violation of the law. We provide services of drafting the contracts and other documents in public procurement procedures, giving legal advice and opinions, using the legal remedies provided by law.

In disputed cases, our lawyers represent clients in appeal proceedings before the National Chamber of Appeal [KIO] and proceedings before the court arising from the complaint against the ruling of the National Chamber of Appeal. We provide legal representation to contracting authorities as well as contractors.
